時尚電商Net-a-porter創辦人暨英國時尚協會（British Fashion Council）主席Natalie Massenet，在大股東歷峰（Richemont）集團決定將Net-a-porter與精品電商Yoox集團合併為Yoox Nat-a-porter（簡稱YNAP）後，她便於2015年9月從自己一手創辦的公司出走，而在她為期一年的競業禁止合約結束後的六個月，她宣布加入了Net-a-porter的競爭者陣營Farfetch。
